House rules

  • 1. Check-in is from 3 p.m., check-out is at 10 a.m. at the latest. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or who delay our cleaning services are responsible for all costs and expenses resulting therefrom.
  • 2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their place of residence with havanola rental. Please contact us if you would like to book in your own place of residence.
  • 3. Parties, events and excessive volume are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace (NOT at the pool, garden or indoor areas such as the house and garage). Breaches of the ban on smoking outside of the balcony result in a fee of € 250 plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repairs. If parties or events are held despite an express ban, a flat-rate penalty of € 2,000 will be levied and reported. Damage and additional cleaning costs will be billed separately.
  • 4. Commercial photography / videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
  • 5. Guests who number more than those specified in the reservation are not allowed. We charge € 60 per night of reservation for each unauthorized guest.
  • 6. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our animal guidelines can result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are asked to contact us prior to their stay.
  • 7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys and remote controls.
  • 8. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss in the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.
  • 9. Grilling is only allowed on a safe surface such as tiles.
  • 10. The duty of supervision when using the pool lies entirely with the parents and accompanying persons. As a landlord, we are not liable for any violations of supervision or accidents resulting therefrom.
  • 11. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for all associated damage, fees, costs or expenses. Violation of the house rules can lead to the immediate cancellation of the reservation and evacuation without refund.


  • 12. Guests are obliged to wear a face-to-face mask in public areas (hallways, stairwells) and entrance areas. A minimum distance of 1.5 m to other people must be maintained in these areas.
  • 13. Guests are not allowed to stay in the apartments or buildings or to enter them if they have had contact with a person suffering from COVID-19 or if they show symptoms of a respiratory illness or fever within the last 14 days. If symptoms occur during their stay, guests must immediately contact our customer service by telephone.
  • 14. Apartments may only be occupied by guests for whom the official contact restrictions do not apply.
  • 15. The booking of a reservation is accompanied by the agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any damages, fees, costs or expenses resulting therefrom. Failure to do so may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and evacuation of the apartment with no refund.

Payment & cancellation conditions:

  • Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days in the future.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made at least seven days prior to check-in.
  • No refunds for cancellations made within seven days of check-in.
  • As a deposit, 50% of the amount is due immediately upon booking. The remaining 50% up to 7 days before check-in.
